🚚 Ⅰ. Logistics and transportation partners
We work with a number of trusted logistics and delivery service providers to ensure that your packages are delivered safely and on time:
Domestic logistics partners (within Mexico):

International logistics partners (if international delivery is enabled):

🌎 Ⅱ. Delivery range and import and export standards
1. Local delivery in Mexico
We support nationwide delivery, covering cities, suburbs and most remote areas. Some remote areas may require an additional 3 working days.
2. International delivery (if applicable)
We can provide delivery services to some countries (such as the United States, Canada, and other parts of Latin America). International orders are subject to export declaration and customs inspection procedures. Customers must ensure that the destination allows the import of DIY materials, heat shrink sheets or plastic products.
⚠️ Please note: For international orders, we do not bear the tariffs or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. If there are any related fees, they must be borne by the buyer.
3. Export products meet the following basic requirements:
Product materials meet the general DIY craft material standards (polystyrene heat shrink film)
Does not contain batteries, liquids, or dangerous goods
Product instructions and material labels are included in the package (Spanish/English available)
⏱️ III. Logistics transportation time
The following is a reference transportation time, which is subject to the actual logistics information:
Within Mexico
Standard delivery time: 7 working days
Fast delivery: 2 working days
North America (such as the United States)
Standard delivery time: 10 working days
Fast delivery: 5 working days
South America and other countries
Standard delivery time: 15 working days
Fast delivery: 7 working days
We process shipments within 24–48 hours after receiving the order (except holidays or peak periods), and will provide logistics tracking numbers via email after shipment.
📦 IV. Delivery and receipt instructions
All packages use standard delivery services by default. If you have special delivery requirements (such as holiday expedited delivery, gift packaging, etc.), please contact our customer service to negotiate arrangements before placing an order.
Please confirm that the package is intact upon receipt. If you find serious damage or loss, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photo evidence. We will assist the logistics company in claiming or reissuing.

In the following cases, logistics may be delayed. We do not bear direct responsibility for this, but we will try our best to assist customers in communication and coordination:
Natural disasters, bad weather
Customs detention or political risks
Major holiday peaks
Wrong receipt information or no one to sign for it
