🛍️ 1. Acceptable return and exchange situations
The goods are damaged/partially lost during transportation
The goods received do not match the order content (such as wrong style or quantity)
The goods have obvious quality problems (such as cracked heat shrink film, severe scratches)
⚠️ Please note:
The heat shrink film painting set is a special DIY product. Once unpacked and used, no unconditional return is accepted except for quality problems.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper personal operation (such as overheating and burning, cutting the wrong pattern, and misusing materials).
⏳ 2. Time limit for return and exchange application
Please apply for return and exchange under the premise of meeting the following conditions:
Contact us within 48 hours from the date of receipt
Keep the original packaging and unused accessories intact
Provide photos or videos as proof (for logistics and quality verification)
Applications that are overdue or incomplete will not be accepted, please understand.
🔁 3. Return and exchange process
Contact customer service
Contact us via email, explain the problem and submit relevant pictures/video proofs.
Review and confirmation
We will review your application within 2 working days and inform you whether the return and exchange are approved and how to deal with it.
Return goods (if applicable)
If you need to return the goods, please send the goods back to the designated address by mail and keep the logistics order number.
Reissue or refund
If you want to exchange the goods, you will reissue the new goods within 3 days after confirmation;
If you want to refund, you will return the goods within 7 working days after confirming receipt of the return.
💸 4. Fee Description
If there is a problem with the product itself (quality/wrong delivery), we will bear the round-trip shipping cost
If you apply for a return for non-quality issues (unopened), the buyer will bear the return shipping cost
If the product cannot be used due to personal reasons, no return or exchange will be accepted
❗ 5. Situations where no return or exchange will be accepted
The product has been obviously used or cut
The heat shrink film has been heated or damaged
No contact within 7 days after purchase or the return and exchange period has expired
The product was sent back without our approval
Gifts/promotional gifts are not supported for return or exchange
